As its lease was approaching its end, this specialized legal services firm undertook a relocation project to a 400 sqm office space located in the city centre of Brussels.

The project was carried out under tight constraints, with a particularly compressed schedule (4 months).
The objective: to deliver high-quality, fully functional workspaces within a controlled timeframe, enabling a swift resumption of operations in the new premises.

The floor, partially refurbished by the landlord, required a complete interior fit-out to accommodate the firm’s new ways of working. The architectural concept, initially developed by Knight Frank, was implemented and delivered by Kardham acting as general contractor.

The project includes:

open-plan workspaces and private offices,
meeting rooms,
a cafeteria,
as well as bespoke fit-outs tailored to the firm’s specific needs.

Kardham oversaw the entire construction process, managing all architectural and technical packages: plastering, modular partitions, painting, flooring, bespoke joinery, as well as electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems.

Through rigorous coordination and strong team mobilisation, the project was delivered on schedule, allowing the client to quickly move into its new offices.
