Major project for Cushman & Wakefield
Cushman & Wakefield, a leader in real estate services, has collaborated with our team to carry out a major project in its facilities. The challenge was clear: to transform Floor 2 of the 2,200m² building into modern offices, incorporate a 200m² multi-purpose room called Hive, and completely renovate the access area, known as Front of House (FOH).
During the period from January to December 2020, in the midst of the health crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, the Kardham Gabiteco team and its collaborators faced an unprecedented series of challenges. Despite logistical constraints and difficulties, the project moved forward with determination and professionalism.
The Design and Build approach allowed for comprehensive project management, from the architectural review to the development of the most minute details. Construction management and coordination was carried out efficiently, with a focus on safety and compliance with the sanitary measures in force at the time.
The complete renovation of the facilities and finishes has transformed the space into a welcoming and sophisticated environment where employees can enjoy a unique working environment. Attention to detail and commitment to quality have been fundamental to the success of this Design and Build project.
